Orders & Payment
All orders require manual payment via Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal Friends & Family. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are subject to availability and release dates which may change. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping
We ship orders once payment clears. Standard flat-rate shipping applies unless local pickup is selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Refunds
Sealed product is non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Singles returns are accepted within 7 days if the item differs significantly from its described condition. Contact us before returning any item.
Product Authenticity
All products sold by YourLocalTCG are authentic and sourced from reputable distributors. Any proxy or non-authentic items are clearly labeled as such in the product listing.
Limitation of Liability
YourLocalTCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item(s) in question.
